Working process of Balance Pressure Foam System, Thus, foam liquid and water can be accurately mixed according to the specified proportion to form foam mixture, and the double needle pressure gauge can display the pressure of foam liquid and water.
When the flow of foam mixture is small, the pressure holding valve can ensure and maintain the outlet pressure of foam concentrate pump at the rated working pressure, and release the excessive foam concentrate to return it to the foam concentrate tank. Once the system pressure exceeds the safety set pressure, the pressure relief valve can ensure that the pressure relief valve can be opened immediately to protect the foam pump and system equipment.
The Balance Pressure Foam System can realize remote and local startup of foam pump unit through local electric control panel and plant fire alarm host. When the foam pump unit receives the start command, first open the electric valve on the foam concentrate suction pipe, and then start the electric foam concentrate pump after the delay. If the electric foam concentrate pump encounters power failure, or the pressure fails to reach the set value within a certain time, it will automatically switch to the diesel foam concentrate pump after the delay.
