The pressure type proportional system, which is composed of capsule foam tank and proportional mixer, is used to mix water and fire foam concentrate together to produce effective extinguishing media. Capsule foam tank technology is a reliable and accurate mixing method, which is widely used in the market of fixed foam fire extinguishing equipment.

This method provides a stable water/foam mixing ratio by automatically regulating the variable flow and pressure conditions that occur during the operation of the system. This feature makes the capsule foam tank suitable for a variety of hazardous systems, automatic sprinkler systems and any other systems operating under variable and unpredictable flow and pressure conditions.

The capsule foam tank is a carbon steel pressure vessel, which contains an elastic bubble between water and foam concentrate. The capsule allows water pressure to be transferred to the foam concentrate without mixing the two liquids together.

There are multiple options for the materials of the proportional mixer, and customers can choose three materials as needed: cast copper, stainless steel, and nickel aluminum bronze to adapt to the water quality of the project location.
